Powers and proposals
Union representatives must report the distribution of votes and who will represent the company group via a digital form before the registration deadline for the annual meeting; 11.02.2027.
Proposals for matters that are to be considered at the annual meeting must be sent to no later than three weeks before the annual meeting; 28.01.2027.

Contact the nomination committee if you want to or know of someone who should get involved in the department, and send tips to the nomination committee in NITO Østfold.
Case documents
All case documents are published no later than two weeks before the annual meeting. The documents will be available from 04 February 2027.
