What do you get out of participating?
At this collective bargaining conference, we focus on, among other things, the collective agreement. The agreement has been under negotiation this autumn, and we will look at what the outcome of this was and the way forward. What has happened since the last negotiation, and how has it been followed up in the companies? The central tariff committee takes us through the most important changes.
You get:
- a review of the outcome of the negotiations
- insight into how the agreements are followed up in the companies
- knowledge that strengthens you in your role as a union representative
Another topic that the conference will look at is wages. Wages are perhaps one of the most important things union representatives work with, and we look at:
- Salary statistics for the region
- Importance of Salary Reporting - What and Why?
- How to Write Disagreement Minutes
- what happens in the event of a break in the negotiations
NITO wants to provide information about what changes have been made to the agreement system so that you stay up to date. You will receive specific advice, practical examples and insight into experiences that you can take with you further into your work.
Why your experiences matter
You know your workplace best. Your experience is therefore crucial for developing your collective bargaining work further.
The conference is an important meeting place for dialogue, influence and learning - and an opportunity to make your voice heard. The experiences, challenges and needs that are shared will help form the basis for further collective bargaining work in the private agreement area in the regional tariff committee.
We hope you have the opportunity to participate and sign up today.

What is a regional collective bargaining conference?
This two-hour digital conference will be an effective, concrete and easy meeting place to attend. Earlier this year, NITO discontinued its local collective bargaining committees, and it is now the regional tariff committees that are the link between you as a union representative and the collective bargaining work in the organization. The goal of the change is better dialogue both ways, so that you gain up-to-date and relevant knowledge, while at the same time being able to influence the collective bargaining work through your experiences.
The conference gives you an arena to:
- Stay up to date on agreements and salary topics
- share experiences from your own company
- record challenges and needs from your everyday work
We invite all union representatives in the private agreement area in Østfold and Innlandet to participate. Whether you are new to the role, experienced or want to become more active. Everyone is welcome to useful experience sharing and knowledge building.
