About the study

How is the study and teaching structured?

The programme is practice-oriented and emphasizes the combination of up-to-date academic literature and relevant experiences from working life. To get the best possible learning outcome, you are encouraged to use your own projects as a recurring case in the study, so that theory can be linked directly to practice and you can work with real issues from your own workplace. Experience shows that this provides increased learning outcomes and is perceived as particularly useful, relevant and engaging.

The teaching varies between digital learning methods, physical or digital gatherings, student presentations and case discussions. The programme is adapted to full-time participants, with video presentations, podcasts, interactive assignments and some webinars, so that it is possible to complete at the same time as work and other commitments. At the same time, the programme requires that you set aside time and are prepared for a part-time student life during the study period.
