This is where NITO pensioners gather in Agder for this year's Christmas lunch – a great opportunity to meet old and new acquaintances, share good conversations and create new memories together.
Sailing with Karayato
Let yourself be carried away when Anne Grete Forwald tells about a very special journey in the sailboat Karayato. This is a 12 meter long and 8 meter wide Norwegian performance catamaran, built for experiences far beyond the ordinary.
The journey started in Kristiansand in August 2013, with a plan to sail to and in the Mediterranean for one to two years. The adventure would turn out to last a full seven years.
Through Europe and further into the Mediterranean, countless places awaited, powerful encounters and both exciting and demanding experiences.
The lecture also provides a fascinating look at how our common history can be experienced from the deck of a sailboat. We hope you join us for a day filled with Christmas spirit, fellowship and inspiration!
Practical
- Price: Members go for free, they will be charged NOK 485 if they sign up for a non-member
- Cancellation: This must be reported no later than 29 November
- Noshow: If you do not show up, do not cancel, you will be charged a noshow with NOK 485 per participant
- We have first come, first served where we make a waiting list for fully booked events, you will be notified electronically if you have been given a place at the event
