AI and new digital tools are making their way into more and more work tasks. Some things work well. Others require more training, testing and discussion than we had originally thought.
We invite you to a professional day about what happens when new solutions meet a normal working day and a soft person. We will look at what technology can help us with, what we need to learn, and why employees need to be involved when working methods change. Therefore, the day is also about the working environment: How do we create space to learn, without the demands and pace of health being compromised?
We meet at Lager11 for lectures, practical testing and conversations with other engineers and technologists.
This is what we will talk about
- What AI and new technology mean for our work tasks.
- How we get time to learn while the job is to be done.
- What changes do to the working environment and how we feel at work.
- How employees and union representatives can influence new ways of working.
Bring a PC
We are planning a workshop where you get to try some tools yourself. Bring your own laptop. Information about any tools and login will be provided before the event.
Questions or need for facilitation?
Please contact us if you have questions about the day or need facilitation to participate.
Program
We are working on a program with lectures, a practical AI workshop and a concluding conversation with different perspectives on working life. There will also be time for lunch and good conversations along the way.
