Strengthen yourself in your role as a union representative

Regional union representative gathering

All NITO union representatives in Region East are invited to a gathering out of the ordinary. Over two days, we are planning a new type of regional union representative gathering. We combine professional weight with plenty of time for mingling and exchange of experiences.

Day 1 is carried out with joint sessions and lectures of high professional quality. The focus is on NITO's political focus areas and current topics that affect both working life and society, and that are relevant to the role of union representative.

Day 2 has a clearer practical focus. Through the exchange of experience and various work sessions, you get to work with specific topics and tools that can be used directly in the role of union representative. The goal is for you to return home with new knowledge, strengthened network and renewed motivation in the role of union representative.

Write in the comment field if you have any allergies we need to take into account.

What you get:

  • Relevant and up-to-date professional replenishment related to NITO's policy areas and the role of union representative
  • Practical sessions with a focus on exchange of experience, dialogue and concrete tools
  • Plenty of time for networking with other union representatives
