NITO and Akademikerne

NITO is a member of Akademikerne-stat and is covered by all central agreements to which Akademikerne is a party, in the same way as the other associations in Akademikerne.

Basic Collective Agreement

In the Basic Collective Agreement, you will find rights and rules related to wages and other financial rights. It contains everything about job placement, salary ladder, local salary negotiations and pension schemes. The agreement provides a framework for how salary development should take place both centrally and locally at your workplace.
