Artificial intelligence is becoming an integral part of everyday work – not just as a tool you ask, but as something you can use actively in work processes. In this course package, you will learn how to go from basic use of AI to using more advanced solutions such as AI agents, Microsoft Copilot and Claude.

The course builds on the AI basics – Practical use in everyday work, and gives you methods to work more structured and purposefully with the technology. You will gain insight into how different AI tools work in practice, and how they can be used to analyse data, produce content and automate tasks.

Through the course, you will learn how to set up your own agents, use Copilot in Microsoft 365 and use Claude for analysis and content work. The goal is for you to be able to use AI more efficiently in your own workday and get a better flow in tasks and processes.

AI agents in practice

Duration: Approx. 4 hours and 11 minutes

How the course is structured

The course provides a practical introduction to how you can use AI tools and agents in everyday work. You start with a basic understanding and continue working on projects in ChatGPT and Claude, before learning how to create your own GPTs and use different types of agents for research and problem solving, among other things.

Furthermore, you will gain experience with AI in browsers and Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as how AI can be integrated into your own work processes. Towards the end of the course, you will see how you can automate tasks, build your own AI solutions that can be connected to email, calendar and other tools, and work with simple applications through vibe coding.

The course ends with a summary and how you can take it further in your own projects.

After the course, you will be able to work in a more structured way with AI tools in practice. You will learn how to organize projects, create your own GPTs and use different types of agents for research, automation and task solving, among other things.

Complete guide to Microsoft 365 Copilot

The course provides a practical introduction to Microsoft 365 Copilot and how the tool can be used in everyday work. You'll start with an introduction to what Copilot is, how it works, and how to use it safely with the right context and work mode.

Furthermore, you will work with Copilot Chat and learn how to write better prompts, use features such as search, library and notebooks, and how to structure workflows in the tool. You will also gain experience with different Copilot agents and how they can be used for analysis, research and text improvement, among other things.

Next, you'll work with Copilot in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, where you'll learn how the tool can be used to create content, analyze data, summarize information, and support collaboration in meetings and communication.

The course ends with a summary and how you can use Copilot further in your own work processes.

Learning outcome

After the course, you will have a basic understanding of how Microsoft 365 Copilot works, and how the tool uses context from your data. You'll learn how to use Copilot safely and efficiently, and how to write more precise prompts, including using structures such as the R.A.C.E. framework.

You'll gain experience using Copilot Chat and various features to retrieve information, generate content, and structure work. In addition, you will learn how to use Copilot in applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to write text, analyze data, and create presentations.

Furthermore, you will develop an understanding of how to use agents in your work, adapt solutions to your own needs and work more efficiently in meeting activity and communication in Teams.

Complete Guide to Claude

Duration: Approximately 4 hours and 50 minutes

How the course is structured

The course provides a practical introduction to how you can use Claude in different work processes. You'll start with an introduction to what Claude is, how the tool works, and how to write good prompts and manage conversations effectively.

Furthermore, you work on structuring the workflow through projects, files, and context, and learn how to use functions such as artifacts, memory, and past conversations. You will also gain experience on how to expand the use of Claude through internet search, research and integrations with external tools.

The course also covers how you can use Claude in different workspaces, including in a browser, Microsoft 365 tools and own interfaces such as Cowork and Design. Towards the end of the course, you will get an introduction to how you can use Claude in development work through simple applications and code-based use.

The course ends with a summary and suggestions on how you can take it further in your own use.

After the course, you will be able to use Claude in a more structured way in your everyday work. You'll learn how to write better prompts, manage conversations, and use context to get more relevant responses.
