NITO participates in the Pride parade that runs through the streets of Oslo on Saturday 27 June.
There must be room for everyone in working life. NITO – The Norwegian Association of Engineers and Technologists is concerned that working life must give all people the opportunity to contribute regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, functional ability, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression.
No one should experience direct or indirect discrimination or be harassed in working life. Employee organisations have an important task in working for an inclusive and safe working life for all. NITO encourages all members to participate and get involved in Pride.
