Extended working hours agreements and shifts – what can you agree?

As a union representative, you can enter into agreements on working hours that go beyond the normal scheme of the law. Some schemes must be entered into by NITO centrally. Here you will find an overview of the various working hours agreements you need to know about and what your role is.
