We go through the most important parts of the pension system, and give you an overview of what you should be aware of – whether you are early in your career or have worked for a long time.
The event is suitable for those who want better control of their own pension, without complicated technical language.
We go through the pension system as it is for those born in 1963 or later. The rules for those born in 1963 or later are considered the new pension rules.
We provide an introduction to:
- The three main parts of pension: National Insurance Scheme, AFP early retirement pension and occupational pension
- The rules of the National Insurance Scheme, including life expectancy adjustment
- Differences in pension schemes between the public and private sectors
- What you should know about NITO Own pension account
- Where you can find more information and get an overview of your own pension
As a follow-up to this, we are also arranging a savings seminar with Nordea later in September. They will then go into more detail about Nordea's offer to NITO members in relation to pensions.
